You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.
The item must be returned to us in proper condition and in manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged.
Refund Options
We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition.
Replacement - We will replace the item with another one of better quality.
Refund - We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase by cash or by bank transfer to your local bank account.
Gift card - We will give a Gift Card equal to the cost of the item to be used on our website with another purchase.
How to Return a Purchased Item
Repackage the item in the original packaging and attach the invoice (ensure the invoice no. is clearly shown).

Inform the counter that the package is a returned item
Option 2 - Pick up at your address
The collection cost is BND3 (waived for returning of damaged, faulty, or incorrect item).
What Happens Next
We’ll send you a message as soon as we’ve received the returned item and process the Return & Refund.
Returned item will be inspected.
If the condition of the returned item is appropriate, you will receive the compensation within 1-3 business days.
