You can place your order directly at our online store. Alternatively, we accept order placed on our social media accounts - Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram & X (Twitter).

You will receive an e-mail once your order has been confirmed. You can check the status of your order at our website. Go to menu and click 'Sign In'. Enter your e-mail and a special link will be sent to you that will sign you in instantly.

For pick up service, your order shall be ready to collect by the next day. However, please wait for our message for confirmation. For delivery service, your order shall be delivered to you in 1 - 3 days. We will contact you to confirm the date of delivery.

You can pick up your order at Elite Store, Serusop or at our residential address in Kapok. Elite Store - A code will be sent to your contact number. At the store, simply provide the code at the counter to pick up your order. Kapok - Full address and pin drop location will be shared once order is ready to pick up.

If you have made a mistake after your order has been placed, you can always cancel or change your order by contacting us.

You can return or exchange the items purchased at our online store. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Please refer to our 'Return & Refund' page for more information.
